Albany House Medical Research is a dedicated department within a GP practice in Wellingborough.  We are located in the East Midlands in Northamptonshire.

We provide Primary Care services for Wellingborough and the surrounding areas with a population size of 78,000 patients.

Centrally located in the town centre with car parking and disabled access. 

We are one of Northamptonshire's leading teaching and training Practices, and award winning for academic and commercial research trials.

Albany House Medical Centre set up its research unit in 1999. Since then it has delivered Phase II – IV commercial trials for numerous pharmaceutical companies, plus studies for several academic bodies.

We are part of the NIHR network and an RSI level IV site for the East Midlands CRN scheme.

As part of a large general practice it has the capacity to run trials in a wide variety of disease topics and regularly recruits to target and beyond.

That's why our doctors have regular sessions to conduct clinical trials.  Building on their years of experience to recruit the patients they know best.

We offer our patients VIP treatment with direct contact to our department staffed by our wonderful team.
